Aim

Why do only cars have the ability to show when they're braking ? Bikes should have stoplights too !
Here, I will be using some simple electronics to make a bike stoplight.

Requirements

• A normal bike stoplight (you might already have one)
• A pushbutton
• Some long wires (~1m)
• A transistor T1 (a FET to produce more light, a bipolar to have a nice 2 step effect)
• A resistor R1 (less than 20k, more is better)

Schematics

This is a rather simple schematic corresponding to an inverter switch using a transistor. The LED/Resistor on the bottom right corresponds to the circuit already in place in the stoplight.
